Distance Sales Agreement

1. PARTIES

BUYER:
The name, surname and address information provided during the order process shall be applicable.

2. SUBJECT

The subject of this agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the products ordered by the BUYER from the SELLER's website lnf.com.tr, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

3. PRODUCT

The type, quantity, brand/model, color, number, sale price, payment method and delivery information of the product are as stated on the order confirmation page and in the order summary sent by email.

4. DELIVERY

Products will be delivered to the address specified by the BUYER in the order form. Delivery time is 2 business days within Istanbul and 4-6 business days for the rest of Turkey from the confirmation of the order.

5. GENERAL PROVISIONS

The BUYER acknowledges that they have read and understood the basic characteristics of the product, sale price, payment method, delivery and return conditions on the SELLER's website and have given the necessary confirmation electronically.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the product to themselves or the person/organization at the indicated address. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the SELLER must be notified by email or phone within this period.

7. DISPUTES

In disputes arising from this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees are authorized up to the value announced by the Ministry of Customs and Trade, and Consumer Courts are authorized for amounts exceeding this value.
