Cancellation & Return Policy

Right of Withdrawal

Under the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, consumers have the right to withdraw within 14 (fourteen) days following the delivery of the product without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.

Return Conditions

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused and undamaged.
  • The invoice and warranty certificate (if any) must be sent with the product.
  • Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • Hygiene products (bath gloves, exfoliating gloves, etc.) with opened packaging cannot be returned.

Return Process

  1. Submit your return request to info@lnf.com.tr or +90 212 000 00 00.
  2. After receiving return approval, ship the product to the specified address.
  3. The product will be inspected upon arrival.
  4. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

Non-Returnable Products

  • Hygiene products with opened packaging
  • Used or damaged products
  • Custom-made products per customer request

Exchange

In case of wrong or damaged product delivery, the product will be exchanged free of charge. For exchange, please take a photo of the product and contact us.
